Laboratory Analyst
A full time position is currently available in our General (WET) Chemistry Department. Responsibilities will include a wide range of hands-on analytical methods. The candidate must have excellent computer skills, teamworking and communication skills, and be able to multitask with ease. A degree in chemistry or a related scientific field is preferred but not required, and prior laboratory experience is also preferred. Starting wage will be $10-$13/hr (determined based on experience and qualifications) with full benefits. Standard hours will be 8-5 Monday through Friday, but alternative schedules may be available.
Metals Department (ICP, ICP/MS Operator)
A full time position is currently available in our Metals Department. Responsibilities will include the operation of ICP, ICP/MS, CVAA, CVAFS, along with sample preparation procedures. Some supervisorial work may also be required. The candidate must have excellent computer skills, excellent teamworking and communication skills, and be able to multitask with ease. A degree in chemistry (or a related scientific field) and 5 years of prior experience operating either ICP or ICP/MS are required. Salary is negotiable and will be determined based on experience and qualifications. This position is full time with full benefits. Standard hours will be 8-5 Monday through Friday, but alternative schedules may also be available.
Sample Custody Assistant
An entry level position is available in our Sample Custody Department. Responsibilities will include preparing and shipping bottle orders to clients for sample projects, assisting with sample login, sample preservation, sample shipping, and other sample management related tasks as needed. Position is full time with benefits. Starting wage will be $9-$10/hr, and hours are 8-5 Monday through Friday.
